If you’re finding yourself getting triggered often, you may be in a constant fight-or-flight loop, rarely returning to optimal stasis and consistently taxing your nervous system and entire body.

To help heal her own experience of multiple traumas, Lauren worked with the healing power of Eden Energy Medicine, integrating it into her existing yoga practice to create Energy Medicine Yoga (EMYoga).

About Lauren Walker

 

Lauren Walker is the author of Energy Medicine Yoga: Amplify the Healing Power of Your Yoga Practice and The Energy Medicine Yoga Prescription. Both books won the Nautilus Silver award for best Mind/Body publication.

Lauren, who's been teaching yoga and meditation since 1997, created Energy Medicine Yoga while teaching at Norwich University.

She teaches EMYoga across the U.S. and internationally, and has been featured many times in Yoga Journal, Mantra Magazine, and Yoga Digest. A feature article about her yoga work was also published in The New York Times, and she was recently named one of the top 100 most influential yoga teachers in America.
