In a world that rewards constant productivity, do you find yourself rapidly moving from one obligation to the next?
Perhaps you feel caught between overwhelm, hypervigilance, self-criticism, and the feeling that there's never quite enough time?
Or maybe you're living almost entirely in the mind, blocked or uninspired — leaving you disconnected from your intuition, creativity, spontaneity, and joy — and longing for meaning, mystery, and a direct spiritual experience.
Throughout human history, our ancestors understood another way of being — one rooted not in urgency and striving, but in presence, intuition, creativity, pleasure, and flow. Through image, symbol, movement, ritual, and altered states of consciousness, they created ways to journey beyond ordinary awareness and engage with the unseen and inner worlds.
In this free online event, Shiloh Sophia McCloud, founder of MUSEA: Center for Intentional Creativity® & Consciousness, will offer you a modern approach to express this ancient impulse in an experiential introduction to the neo-shamanic path of Intentional Creativity®.
You don't have to know how to paint! This isn't about making “good art.” It’s about using self-expression as a portal into expanded states of consciousness — allowing color, movement, image, and symbol to reveal what the thinking mind may not yet be able to see.
You’ll explore the difference between Chronos (ordinary, measured time) and Kairos (sacred, timeless awareness). And learn how the brain naturally shifts from beta into alpha and theta states when you’re in creative flow, which naturally quiets the inner critic and reconnects you with your inner Muse and deeper wisdom.
Shiloh Sophia will guide you through a brief neo-shamanic journey beginning with breath, movement, and a short standing meditation. You'll be invited to create a simple symbol, mark, image, or intuitive sketch while asking, “What wants to reveal itself to me today?” and then observing what messages naturally emerge from the hidden world within.
Shiloh Sophia always identified as an artist, though she struggled at conventional art school and dropped out at 23 to learn directly from her family of artists instead — launching a 33-year journey. Their teachings sparked her to create her own method, centered on intention in the creative process.
In 2008 Shiloh Sophia began teaching consciousness and story-work through painting… without requiring any technical skill from her students. Since then, she's built nine certification programs, training people around the world to bring self-expression into their own coaching or therapy work — the seed of what she now calls a global art movement.
Now you can join Shiloh Sophia in this special event where she’ll share one of her own paintings and demonstrate how symbols, colors, and images can become a living oracle — showing you how the creative process can reveal aspects of ourselves that may remain hidden in ordinary consciousness.
She’ll invite you to take a step away from Chronos, quiet the critic, and follow the Muse into the inner world that’s been waiting for you all along.
