What if your dreams weren’t just fleeting fragments of imagination, but sacred messages from a higher world — whispers from gods and goddesses?
Discover a sacred practice, hidden within Greek mythology, for awakening in the dream realm, helping you access creativity, wisdom, and healing — and opening the door to expanded states of consciousness that can enrich your dreams and waking life with newfound bliss and insight.

For centuries, ancient Greek seekers traveled to sacred temples, believing that the gods spoke through powerful dreams — offering divine guidance, transformation, and even miraculous cures.
Yet, in a world where we race from one obligation to the next, many of us have lost this connection to our dream life. Maybe you used to have vivid dreams, but they’ve faded. Or perhaps you long to tap into something deeper — answers or guidance that today feels just out of reach.
Dream Mysteries founder Sarah Janes shares how the wisdom of Greek mythology can help you step into a dreamscape where gods and goddesses act as guides, revealing profound truths and empowering you to shape your dreams with intention.
The same methods used by ancient seekers — dream incubation, ritual, and mythic storytelling — can help you activate your lucid dreaming abilities, bringing more clarity, inspiration, and healing into your life.
Join Sarah for a captivating hour-long event, where you’ll explore how mythology can be a tool for accessing the dream world. She’ll introduce you to the powerful practice of invoking deities like Apollo (illumination and prophecy), Athena (wisdom and strategy), and Asklepios (healing).
She’ll guide you through a hypnagogic meditation that bridges the gap between wakefulness and dreaming, allowing you to consciously engage with the mythic realm.
These mythological figures aren’t just stories — they’re archetypes that can influence your consciousness, allowing you to become aware of your dreams while you’re still dreaming.
Invoking these ancient archetypes can help you wake up to a richer, more intentional dream life — enhancing recall, receiving guidance, and even shifting the course of your dreams as you sleep.
Sarah is a leading voice in the study of dreams and consciousness. Her extensive research and reviving of ancient Greek, Egyptian, and Mesopotamian dream traditions, combined with her hands-on approach to teaching, has produced a unique and powerful method that has helped thousands of people advance toward deeper self-discovery.
During this free event, you’ll experience firsthand the ancient methods used by seekers who once slept in sacred sanctuaries, awaiting divine visions.
You’ll also explore somatic practices inspired by ancient Greek rituals that prepare your body for lucid dreaming, and begin experiencing how these stories and symbols impact your spiritual evolution. By invoking Greek gods and goddesses as dream guides, you can open the doors of your dream world and step inside with full awareness.
If you can shape your dreams, you can shape your life. What other possibilities await when you learn to dream with intention?
In this enriching hour-long online event you’ll:
- Step into the dream temple through a guided hypnagogic meditation, invoking a Greek deity of your choice while using sensory triggers like essential oils and ritual water to seed lucid dreams
- Call on the dream gods for healing and transformation by working with deities like Asklepios and Mnemosyne to invite physical, emotional, and spiritual restoration through your dreams
- Harness mythological archetypes to shape your dreamscapes by invoking figures like Zeus, Dionysus, or Demeter to guide your dream narratives toward wisdom, creativity, and personal breakthroughs
- Tap into ancient somatic techniques for lucid dreaming by practicing Greek ritual postures like the Throned Goddess stance to align your body and mind for dream awareness
- Use dream incubation to receive divine messages and insights by setting intentions before sleep and working with sacred elements — like water as a dream conduit — to invite guidance and healing visions
This session is designed for artists, seekers, and dreamers — those who feel drawn to non-ordinary states of consciousness — who want to rekindle their connection to the dream world and are fascinated by the wisdom of ancient mythology.
This event is for you if you’ve ever experienced a dreaming dry spell and wish to bring your visions back to life... if you’re curious about how dreaming in a group can amplify your experience... if you’ve been given an important choice in life and wish to turn to your dreams for guidance... or if you sense there’s something deeper waiting to be discovered in the hidden landscapes of your mind.
The Greek oracles knew that dreams could shape destiny. Now, it’s your turn to step into their mythic dream temples and awaken the ancient oracle within.
