What if presence begins not with focusing your mind, but with gathering your whole being?

Experience the Infinity Wave, a Dance of Oneness® practice, to gather scattered energy, return to your center, and embody greater presence, flow, and connection.

Your attention may be one of the most precious things you have, yet modern life is constantly asking you to give it away.

Notifications, social media, endless information, competing demands, and the intensity of world events can leave you feeling scattered, overstimulated, and pulled in too many directions.

You may find yourself moving through your day on autopilot eating without tasting, listening while thinking ahead, starting one thing before finishing another until it feels as though you’re everywhere except fully here.

Internationally acclaimed sacred dancer and transformational spiritual embodiment teacher Banafsheh Sayyad teaches that gathering your attention is itself a spiritual practice.

Join Banafsheh for a free experiential event to explore a different way to meet the distraction of modern life and experience how the Dance of Oneness® method can help you reclaim your attention and deepen your capacity to inhabit your body as a vessel for awakening.

Drawing from decades of dance, Sufi mysticism, spiritual practice, sacred geometry, and somatic exploration, Banafsheh created Dance of Oneness as a path of embodied awakening, in which the body isn’t something to transcend on the spiritual path, but a living doorway between the finite and the infinite.

Through her Dance of Oneness® method, you can awaken coherence through your body where movement, breath, sensation, and feeling unify, igniting greater awareness and a deeper experience of yourself and our world as sacred.

Banafsheh teaches that focus is a whole-being process not something you need to force with your mind.

As you learn how to bring your entire being into the moment and whatever you’re doing, you gather scattered energy back into yourself, moving out of your head and into your body and from distraction into focus, fragmentation into flow, and automatic doing into conscious participation.

Rather than seeking the sacred somewhere beyond yourself, you’re invited to discover it through movement, your senses, and the wisdom of your body.

As your focus becomes a whole-being experience, something begins to shift: inner noise gives way to spaciousness, and you become more available to the aliveness, love, and wisdom that you are.

From this place, it becomes easier to recognize and experience the sacredness of yourself, life, others, and the world.

Everyday activities such as preparing food, walking, listening, creating, or completing a task can then coalesce into an embodied spiritual practice and an opportunity to meet life with reverence, intimacy, joy, and devotion.

During the event, Banafsheh will guide you through the Infinity Wave, a foundational Dance of Oneness® practice inspired by the simplistic, yet potent sacred geometry of the figure eight.

You’ll explore the Infinity Wave as an ancient coherence-building tool that harmonizes the many dimensions of life: the seen and unseen, movement and stillness, body and soul and awakens your innate capacity for whole-being presence.

In this soul-enriching online event, you’ll:

  • Experience whole-being presence through the Infinity Wave during a guided Dance of Oneness® practice that gathers scattered attention and awakens your body’s deeper capacity for focus, balance, harmony, and flow
  • Discover focus as a whole-being capacity anchored in your body, rather than something you have to force with your mind engaging your body, breath, senses, feelings, and attention so you can meet distraction with greater presence and inner steadiness
  • Experience how your body can become an anchor when your attention feels scattered, giving you a simple, embodied way to return to greater groundedness, calm, coherence, and engagement with what’s in front of you
  • Transform ordinary moments into pathways of awakening and sacred practice, bringing greater presence to everyday actions so life can feel more intimate, attentive, and meaningful
  • Explore how joy, gratitude, care, and completing what you begin can strengthen your capacity for attention, reducing scatteredness while cultivating greater trust, purpose, appreciation, and a more coherent relationship with your life

You’ll also hear about Banafsheh’s 18-module Dance of Oneness® training, where you can deepen this work through the 13 Rays of Embodiment, as outlined in her new book, and explore the multidimensional architecture of awakening through sacred dance, mystical wisdom, and the living intelligence of your body.

“[Banafsheh’s] class ended up being an amazing aid to me in recovering from hip replacement surgery...”
Besides enjoying the beautiful depth of the class, it also turned out to be an amazing aid to me in recovering from a hip replacement surgery that I had right before the class began. I was able to participate in a safe and very fluid way that has enabled me by the course’s end to be fully functional and more tuned in to my body than ever.

I experienced a profound transformation in my ability to accept my body, my sensuality. I’m in recovery from anorexia and I’ve struggled most of my life to feel present in my body since I’ve been so disconnected. Throughout this course, I felt myself become more and more grounded and embodied. The freedom and joy is immeasurable. Banafsheh is a magical healer and dances like an angel.

Master of mystical Persian dance, when Banafsheh teaches or performs, she moves with an attitude of liquid gold pouring over silk velvet. She embodies what it means to dance with abandon, what it means to fully live the ecstatic poetry of Rumi, of luminous moonlight on radiant silver clouds.

About Banafsheh Sayyad

EDIT

Banafsheh Sayyad is a Persian master sacred dancer, choreographer, acupuncturist, transformational teacher, activist, and founder of Dance of Oneness®. A deeply profound and accessible spiritual teacher of embodiment, Banafsheh performs and teaches internationally, initiating people into the wisdom of their bodies. Her signature style of “holy wildness infused with ancient wisdom” activates transformation and illumination in those who watch and dance with her from around the globe.

Banafsheh invites the dancer within to remember, reclaim, and resource the innate healing intelligence spiraling both in us and all around us. Her easeful instruction and welcoming spirit empower students to feel a true sense of belonging in their bodies. Students often experience more passion in their lives by integrating wisdom teachings from throughout the ages.

She is among the few virtuosos of authentic Persian dance in the world, and a pioneer in creating a liberated feminine expression in the Sufi dance genre, previously performed only by men. Her modality, Dance of Oneness®, is both a spiritual path and a science of embodiment. It is a fusion of three dimensions healing, wisdom teachings, and the rigorous technique and self-expression of the art of dance.

Banafsheh has a master’s degree in dance and choreography from UCLA, and a master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Her award-winning work has been presented throughout North America, Europe, and Australia. Her dance film In the Fire of Grace, with Andrew Harvey, traces Rumi’s journey of the soul in dance.
