What if the fear and uncertainty that often surround death could be replaced with a deep sense of strength and connection?

When we confront death with openness, it has the power to dissolve our deepest anxieties, allowing us to live more fully and love more deeply, both in this life and beyond, shares Tarron Estes, founder and CEO of the Conscious Dying Institute.

Join Tarron for a soul-nourishing free online event, where she’ll lead you through a unique Practice for Death meditation, which she received through a powerful dream experience, to ease your fear of death and release life’s heaviest burdens all while preparing you to support others with compassion and clarity on their final journey.

Tarron’s specialized experience in end-of-life care and education has firmly established her as an authority in helping others through the profound process of conscious dying. Through the Conscious Dying Institute, she has trained more than 1,000 end-of-life doulas and coaches, providing them with tools for approaching death with compassion, dignity, and presence.

Her approach emphasizes the sacredness of death and is grounded in the idea that death can be a healing, transformative experience not just for those at the end of life but for everyone involved in the process.

“It’s heartwarming to see in another person the love, wisdom, and depth I so value...”

The staff retreat for the Roseville Hospice Team was memorable and remarkable. Tarron’s expertise and style were excellent and made possible a depth of thoughtfulness and exploration that is rare in healthcare. It’s heartwarming to see in another person the love, wisdom, and depth I so value in my own life. Tarron is the entire package, and I came away deeply impressed and appreciative. Tarron goes for the heart of things, where true hope and joy reside.

“Tarron’s programs give me hope...”

Being in Tarron’s program helped me see how to focus on the inner needs of staff, their challenges, and their dreams for providing better care at end of life. As a palliative care provider, Tarron’s programs give me hope that as our programs expand, we can someday offer trainings to medical providers to provide best practices in delivering care to the dying. An educational package that includes training about personal death awareness issues will not only improve care for our members, it will bring deeper meaning, peace, and resiliency to our dedicated healthcare professionals.

“Tarron was, and is, a godsend.”

Tarron was, and is, a godsend. She helped our family come together with my mom to really listen and sit with her feelings and decision to not pursue aggressive Western medical treatment. It was so important to have those honest, heart-based conversations. We literally brought in both HeartMath and Caritas principles and practices to our discussions as a family. We could not have remained grounded, open, vulnerable, and loving — yet strong enough to support my mom in this decision — without those principles, and without Tarron’s steady compassion throughout. No matter how this story ends, the turn we were all able to take together because of Tarron’s help and support has made all the difference.
