Feel the Qi surging through your body with the movements and beneficial nuances of Ba Duan Jin Qigong — a powerful practice for harmonizing mental and emotional energy, balancing your bodily systems, and generating rejuvenating energy where it’s needed most.
Exhaustion has become an epidemic these days...
And while it may feel very physical, the fatigue that many of us experience on a daily basis tends to begin with our minds and emotions.
Mindful movements can help us release the negative emotional energy that accumulates as we navigate the stress, chaos, and increasing uncertainty in our lives while also cleansing our internal organs and their meridians...
... and replenishing them with healthy new Qi, the energy and intelligence of the universe that flows through and connects everything that exists, says Master Faye Li Yip, a passionate teacher of Qigong.
One of Master Faye’s talents is guiding others into a deeper experience of their own bodies and the sensations that illuminate their sense of self.
She affirms that self-awareness is how we engage with the healing intelligence of Qi and its profound presence, which can alchemize negative thoughts and emotions as it circulates throughout our bodies, minds, and hearts with conscious intention.
Master Faye’s teaching of the eight movements, or brocades, of Ba Duan Jin — known as a foundational Qigong practice for over 1,000 years — illustrates the difference between practicing a Qigong movement at a mechanical level without the presence of Qi, and practicing a movement generated by and engaged with your internal energy.
If you’ve already explored Ba Duan Jin Qigong, her approach will ultimately reveal there is still more to be experienced and considerably more benefits and insights to be had... as you literally feel the Qi permeating your cells, expanding your mind, uplifting your heart, and balancing your body.
Join us for Master Faye’s free online event to discover some of these benefits — and experience a cascade of healing as you’re guided through the fourth movement of Ba Duan Jin Qigong to free the Qi in your fingers, wrists, arms, shoulders, neck, and chest...
... from blockages commonly associated with arthritis, fibromyalgia, age-related stiffness, energy depletion, high blood pressure, tension, fatigue, insomnia, and more.
This movement helps reduce emotional and physical stress by improving blood circulation, which aids in detoxification and better functioning of the internal organs...
... and empowers you to release embedded trauma by bringing the mind and the heart into deeper coherence.
In this experiential online event, you’ll:
- Be guided through a cascade of healing movements using Ba Duan Jin movement 4: “Gazing Backwards to Prevent Strain and Injuries”
- Learn circular movements for releasing blocked Qi in the fingers and wrists — and promoting energy flow to the far end of the meridians
- Transfer the movements of your fingers and wrists into the arms and shoulders to unblock the Qi in the arms and shoulders — stimulating the energy pathways in the arms and improving the flexibility of the shoulders
- Deepen the arm and shoulder rotation to open the chest and sternum, releasing and removing negative energy in the heart — and generating new vibrant energy into the sternum
- Expand this chest and sternum movement into the neck area to unblock energy around the neck and shoulders — clearing headaches and brain fog by promoting good energy into the neck
- Discover how to consolidate these techniques into one coherent, simultaneous, and flowing movement — and internalize them with breathing as the key connection between body and mind — to cleanse all of the internal organs and their meridians, and dissolve emotional stress
In paying attention to how your body feels during movements and conscious breathing, you’ll anchor your mind and emotions for peace, clarity, and positivity — and create ripples of healing throughout your entire being.

... while decreasing mental, emotional, and physical exhaustion, stiffness, pain, tension, and fatigue.

“I have been a student of Master Faye for several years and she is truly an inspiring teacher.”
I have been a student of Master Faye for several years and she is truly an inspiring teacher. Her ability to clearly communicate not just an individual move of a form but, most importantly, the constituent dynamics of a move, from the rooting in the feet to the waist and finally to the fingers, as well as the critical factors of the breath and emotional calmness. Taken as a whole, her teaching is far superior to anything I have experienced before. Moreover, the enthusiasm she conveys through her teaching is quite infectious and you cannot wait for the next class.
