Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year and the time when the light begins returning after a period of great darkness. It’s a holiday that can often get lost in the midst of all the holiday buzz, but if offers us an important opportunity to pause and reflect on all that’s transpired in the past year.

It gives us to a chance to take all of our year’s experiences, the highlights and the challenges, and bring them to completion and prepare for a new cycle. Only when we’ve fully digested and integrated our last cycle of experiences can we glean their true gifts and wisdom and open to what lies ahead.

To celebrate this ancient holy day, we’ll be convening a circle of wisdom keepers to share their wisdom and offer us practices for the Solstice. We’ll also be offering a Solstice ritual where you can connect with an expanded community for shared prayers and blessings. We have found that virtual rituals can be remarkably powerful when we enter into them with our full presence and intention.

Given the significant levels of violence and war that have been ravaging our planet at this tender moment, it is especially important to gather our conscious community to share wisdom and generate hope to turn the tide. A new future filled with increasing light IS possible. But we must continue standing together — especially in the face of darkness, ignorance, and fear.

So now is the time. And we are here, shining our lights into the darkness of the night. Please join us and add your own light to the bonfire of good that we will co-create.
