Restore your life force and inner stability as a Māori grandmother guides you through a nature-based embodiment practice and water blessing reconnecting you with yourself, spirit, and a deeper sense of belonging.

Amid the rapid changes and distractions tugging at you, it’s easy to forget that you already hold the power to return to calm and find your center.

The elders understand how to reside in a space before the noise, before the forgetting, and that remembrance is sacred medicine.

You’re invited to join spiritul guide Grandmother Eila Paul, a revered Māori healer, for a free 60-minute online event, where she’ll share ancient lineage-based wisdom rooted in Māori spiritual teachings to guide you back into right relationship with yourself, with the Earth, and with spirit so you can move through life with greater peace, trust, and inner sovereignty.

Grandmother Eila will share the Maori story of creation, the legend of Ranginui (Sky Father) and Papatūānuku (Earth Mother), as a pathway to remembrance, connection, and spiritual authenticity. As you listen, you’ll discover the empowering truth that creation is not something in the past, but continuously unfolding within you.

A gifted storyteller who’s been teaching for over 30 years, Grandmother Eila is known for her warm, loving energy and transcendent singing voice. When she taught at The Shift Network's retreat in Peru, participants were moved by her mystical depth, playful storytelling, and vast heart.

The heart of the hour will be an embodied guided meditation led by Grandmother Eila, “Between Sky and Earth,” to help your body and mind become a meeting place of spirit and form helping you settle into a state of presence and inner listening.

From there, she’ll gently guide you through an experiential water blessing to create a practical ritual of connection, release, and regeneration  to support a clearer mind and lighter energy, helping you carry that clarity with you into daily life.

Bring a bowl of water and come as you are. This illuminating hour offers a rare chance to step away from the noise and return to something true through Earth-based wisdom your own medicine, which has been waiting quietly beneath the surface.

In this hour-long free online event, you’ll:

  • Discover how ancient Māori wisdom can help you reconnect with your spiritual roots and reclaim a deeper sense of calm and belonging
  • Be guided through an embodied meditation for a direct experience of inner stillness and deep connection to nature
  • Practice a gentle water blessing for emotional release and renewal
  • Explore the Māori story of creation as a living, breathing pathway to remembrance and understand why creation is continuously unfolding within you right now
  • Discover the power of presence as a healing force that reduces pressure and opens the door to living more authentically
  • Walk away with a felt sense of calm, greater trust in your inner knowing, and a renewed connection to the spiritual support that surrounds you

This event is also a bridge to Grandmother Eila's upcoming new 7-session live video course, where you’ll experience an immersion into ancient ways of healing, belonging, and relating, grounded in Māori wisdom and Sufi mysticism, so you can step into your life, your relationships, and your creative work with greater presence and aligned intention.

What People Are Saying About Grandmother (Whaea) Eila Paul...

“[Grandmother Eila Paul] is the real thing — wise, warm, and deeply gifted.”
When I first met Grandmother Eila Paul at a sacred gathering of elders, her smile and warmth touched me deeply, and during that week I was transformed in ways I hadn’t ever imagined. Since then, my respect and love for her continue to grow as she enriches all aspects of my life. Her healing ceremonies and teachings touched me at a level deeper than I had ever reached before, and my own spiritual practice has been richer ever since. I return to her workshops every year, and every year I grow. She is the real thing — wise, warm, and deeply gifted. If your heart is calling you toward something deeper, follow it to Eila. You will not regret it.

“Eila helps people remember that spirituality is not separate from daily life.”
I have had the honor of walking alongside Eila for many years and witnessing the depth of her devotion, wisdom, and humility. Eila carries the teachings of both her Maori ancestry and her Sufi path with integrity, gentleness, and deep spiritual maturity. When Eila teaches, she does not simply share information, she creates a field of love, remembrance, and healing where people feel safe enough to reconnect with themselves, their ancestors, and Spirit. Her presence brings peace. Her voice carries kindness and truth. Eila helps people remember that spirituality is not separate from daily life. Through prayer, song, story, nature, and presence, she guides others back into alignment with what truly matters. Those who study with her will not only learn, they will feel transformed in the way they walk through the world.

“Eila offers something very important — a pathway back to the heart.”
I have known Eila as a woman of deep prayer, sincerity, and service. She carries the wisdom of her people with great respect and humility, and she shares her teachings in a way that brings healing and peace to others. There are some people whose presence alone reminds you to slow down and listen more carefully to life. Eila is one of those people. Her connection to the Earth, to Spirit, and to the sacred traditions she carries is genuine and deeply felt. In a world where many people feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or spiritually lost, Eila offers something very important — a pathway back to the heart. Through her prayers, songs, stories, and presence, she helps people remember that they belong to something sacred and alive. I believe many people will be touched and transformed by the opportunity to learn from her.

“Eila embodies the beauty of nature, love, sacredness, humor, and delight.”
What most impresses me about Eila Paul is her ability to see the need in a person and know exactly what to do to offer healing, compassion, energy, joy, and awakening to that person. She is steeped in her Maori roots, direct experience passed down through thousands of years. She also has the gift of deep immersion into the practices and meditations of the Sufis, constantly evolving sacred practices of awakening and healing. Just being in Eila’s presence will awaken in you something precious. And you’ll feel energized, nourished, and transformed. Eila embodies the beauty of nature, love, sacredness, humor, and delight. I’d happily spend any time I can with this incredible being.
