Julia Butterfly Hill
Learn from one of the world’s most courageous social change leaders how to cultivate the courage you need to live your highest potential.
How many times in your life have doubt, fear and indecision held you back from speaking your deepest truth, going for your boldest dream or sharing your unique gifts with the world?
If you’re like most of us, more than a few times! The difference between a humdrum life and one that sizzles with passion, power and purpose often comes down to one simple word: Courage.
It takes courage each day to live with grace, be open to new possibilities, and transform your relationship to apparent obstacles.
Courage is the potent fuel that can power our dreams, opens doors and inspire others by our example. It’s the energy behind the most celebrated lives of leaders from Mandela to Gandhi – and yet its cultivation is often a mystery.
We’re led to believe that courage is something that is hardwired into us. Fortunately, that is not actually true. Courage CAN be learned because it involves igniting our heart’s power that can see through obstacles to a higher potential and with it, we can source love from the Universe and find resilience – even when facing the toughest challenges.
Step by step, you can learn to tap into, share and sustain your wellspring of courage – giving you what it takes to live the life of your dreams and positively impact the world.
Julia Butterfly Hill is a premiere example of how courage can make the difference between the ordinary and the extraordinary – having inspired millions with her 738-day tree-sit. With a fierce open heart, she brought the world’s compassion alive for ancient redwood groves that are being destroyed.
Since her years in the tree, Julia has devoted herself to going beyond being a celebrated icon of courage, to someone who is empowering the courageous leader in ALL of us.
In this profound and inspirational free call event, Julia will go into the heart of courage – helping us understand it from the inside out, and be able to infuse our lives with the kind of courage that can move mountains (or bulldozers or board-rooms).

About Julia Butterfly Hill
The recipient of numerous prestigious awards and distinctive honors, Julia Butterfly Hill is one of the most internationally recognizable figures in environmental activism.
Julia brought international attention to the plight of the world’s last remaining ancient forests when she climbed 180 feet into the branches of a 1000 year-old redwood tree and refused to come down. Her historic protest to the environmental destruction caused by the clear-cutting of ancient redwoods culminated after 738 days with an agreement that provided permanent protection for the tree known as Luna and a 3-acre buffer-zone around it.
Julia founded the non-profit organization, Circle of Life, and was the visionary of We The Planet, setting the standards for green festivals, events and tours in the US. She co-founded the Engage Network and is the inspiration behind What’s Your Tree. She also acts as a strategic advisor for numerous other organizations. Julia Butterfly Hill speaks regularly on university campuses, has addressed the United Nations, lobbied congress, and has continued to stand on the front lines of environmental and social justice issues all over the world. Her courage, conviction and profound clarity in articulating a message of hope, empowerment and love and respect for all life has inspired millions of people worldwide.
